- Always check important dates and amounts against your original document and the official portal.
- You are not charged if we cannot read your document.
- Do not upload documents you have no right to share.
1.The service
GulfExplain is provided by Nexlr Private Limited, India. It reads documents you upload and explains them in your chosen language, with the original text shown as proof.
2.Not legal advice
Explanations are general information about what your document says. They are not legal advice, and using GulfExplain does not create a lawyer–client relationship.
We do not tell you whether to sign a document, and we do not predict the outcome of any case. For legal decisions, contact a qualified lawyer, the relevant government office, or your embassy or consulate.
Human help is given by trained reviewers, not lawyers, unless we clearly say otherwise.
3.Accuracy
We work hard to make explanations accurate. Dates, amounts and reference numbers are copied from the document by our system, and unclear values are marked as unclear instead of guessed.
Photos can be hard to read and documents can be ambiguous, so mistakes are possible. Always check important details against the original document and the official portal before you act.
4.Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before you pay. You are charged only for explanations we complete. If we cannot read your document, you are not charged and your free document is not used.
If an explanation is clearly wrong because of our mistake, contact us within 7 days and we will refund it.
5.Your responsibilities
Upload only documents you are allowed to share, such as your own documents or documents you have permission to use.
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to harass anyone, or to try to break or overload it.
6.Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on an explanation. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
7.Changes and contact
We may update these terms. If changes are important, we will tell you on the website first.
